CRM & Loyalty\n\n2. POS / Store Technology\n\n3. E-commerce platforms\n\n4. OMS / Order Management\n\n5. ERP / Enterprise Applications\n\n6. Inventory & Warehouse Technology\n\n7. Supply Chain Technology\n\n8. Customer Data / Analytics platforms\n\n9. Marketing Technology\n\n10. Payment & integration platforms\n\n- Drive omnichannel technology initiatives to create a seamless customer experience across physical stores and digital channels.\n\n- Build robust APIs, integrations and technology infrastructure connecting multiple retail systems.\n\n- Own cloud infrastructure, DevOps, reliability, scalability, cybersecurity and technology governance.\n\n- Establish strong engineering practices around architecture, development, testing, deployment and system reliability.\n\n- Use technology and data to improve customer lifetime value, retention, personalisation and retail productivity.\n\n- Partner closely with business, product, marketing, operations, supply chain and finance leadership.\n\n- Evaluate and manage technology vendors, platforms and strategic technology partners.\n\n- Drive technology modernisation, automation and reduction of legacy dependencies.\n\n- Build a high-performing engineering culture with strong technical leadership and execution discipline.\n\nKey Requirement CRM & Customer Technology : \n\n- A strong track record of building CRM technology in a retail / consumer environment is critical.\n\n- The candidate should have experience with some combination of : \n\n1.
