User Experience Ownership:\n\n- Own complete user journeys across the product lifecycle:\n\n1. Acquisition\n\n2. Onboarding\n\n3. Discovery\n\n4. Conversion\n\n5. Engagement\n\n6. Retention\n\n7. Monetisation\n\n- Identify user pain points and design solutions through:\n\n1. User research\n\n2. Data insights\n\n3. Behaviour analysis\n\n4. Customer feedback\n\n3. Consumer Product Thinking:\n\n- Translate complex business problems into simple, intuitive experiences.\n\n- Build experiences that improve:\n\n1. User adoption\n\n2. Conversion rates\n\n3. Engagement\n\n4. Retention\n\n5. Customer satisfaction\n\n- Drive experimentation culture through A/B testing and iterative design.\n\n4. Design Systems & Scalability:\n\n- Build and evolve scalable design systems.\n\n- Create frameworks that enable faster and consistent product development.\n\n- Ensure high-quality design execution across platforms.\n\n5. Team Building & Mentorship:\n\n- Build and lead a high-performing product design team.\n\n- Mentor designers and create a strong design culture.\n\n- Establish design processes, reviews, and quality benchmarks.\n\n6.
