Key Responsibilities
Engineering Leadership
Lead, mentor, and scale multiple engineering teams across Backend, Platform, and Full Stack development.
Foster a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Hire, coach, and develop engineering talent while building future engineering leaders.
Technical Strategy & Architecture
Define and drive technical architecture for scalable, secure, and resilient applications.
Guide engineering teams on system design, microservices architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native development.
Drive architectural decisions balancing scalability, maintainability, and business priorities.
Product Delivery
Partner with Product Managers and Business stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on time.
Own engineering execution, sprint planning, release management, and delivery commitments.
Ensure engineering best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Platform & Performance
Improve application performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
Drive engineering initiatives focused on platform stability, observability, automation, and operational excellence.
Optimize system performance to support high transaction volumes and business growth.
Engineering Excellence
Champion code quality, design reviews, testing automation, CI/CD, DevOps, and engineering standards.
Promote AI-assisted development tools and modern software engineering practices to improve developer productivity.
Drive continuous improvement through metrics, engineering KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.
