You will be responsible for driving technical design, architecture and delivery of production-grade Blockchain and DeFi systems while remaining hands-on with coding and development.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead the technical design and development of Blockchain, Web3 and DeFi products.\n\n- Own architecture and technical decisions for Smart Contracts, backend services, wallets and on-chain/off-chain integrations.\n\n- Develop and review production-grade Solidity/EVM smart contracts.\n\n- Guide engineers through code reviews, technical design and engineering best practices.\n\n- Build scalable backend services and APIs using technologies such as Node.js/TypeScript, Go, Rust, Java/Kotlin or Python.\n\n- Design and oversee wallet and transaction infrastructure including transaction signing, nonce/gas management, chain indexing and reconciliation.\n\n- Lead integrations with DeFi protocols, oracles and bridges.\n\n- Ensure high standards of code quality, security, testing, scalability, reliability and performance.\n\n- Work closely with Security, Product, Risk and Compliance teams to deliver production-ready solutions.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis and resolution.\n\n- Mentor engineers and help build strong technical capabilities within the team.\n\n- Drive technical execution and delivery across projects while balancing short-term delivery with long-term scalability.\n\nMust Have:\n\n- 7+ years of software engineering experience.\n\n- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Blockchain / Web3 / DeFi development.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Solidity and EVM Smart Contracts.\n\n- Experience building and deploying production Blockchain/Web3 applications.\n\n- Strong backend development experience in one or more of TypeScript/Node.js, Go, Rust, Java/Kotlin or Python.\n\n- Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable backend architecture.\n\n- Experience with wallet infrastructure, transaction signing and blockchain/chain indexing.\n\n- Good understanding of DeFi protocols such as AMMs, lending, staking, stablecoins and oracles.\n\n- Experience with Foundry/Hardhat, CI/CD and cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure.\n\n- Strong experience in system design, code reviews and technical leadership.\n\n- Ability to remain hands-on while leading a team
