requirements to maintenance.\n\nFunctional Skills :\n\n- Knowledge of financial markets and order management/trading systems.\n\n- Experience in high-scale, high-speed IT systems and time-critical delivery.\n\n- Strong knowledge of C, C++, Network programming, and Linux.\n\n- Strong systems architecture insights.\n\n- In-depth knowledge of delivery lifecycle, budgeting, planning, and people management.\n\n- Excellent articulation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and risks.\n\n- Experience with change management is a
