By creating a supportive, compliant, and collaborative environment, we enable staff to stay focused on delivering high-quality, integrated care to the communities we serve. \nThe Clinical Trainer I supports the development of a skilled, trauma-informed workforce across HealthRIGHT 360. This role designs, delivers, and maintains training programs, including core workforce competencies and leadership development, ensuring staff have the knowledge and skills to provide high-quality, recovery-oriented care. Reliable transportation is required, as this role involves travel across California to support programs and organizational activities. \nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES \nTraining \nAssess training needs using evaluations, surveys, and collaboration with agency leadership. \nDesign, develop, and deliver engaging in-person, virtual, and hybrid trainings across programs. \nCreate training content, materials, and experiential activities that reflect agency values and clinical vision. \nUpdate and maintain training materials and intranet pages.\nAssist with training evaluations and update materials to reflect current clinical vision and best practices. \nSupport delivery of agency-wide training initiatives, including Calm Every Storm trainings. \nAdapt trainings and delivery to meet diverse learning styles and program needs. \nCoordinate logistics for trainings, including scheduling, technical setup, room reservations, and certificates. \nEnsure trainings align with licensing, accreditation, and funding requirements. \nCollaboration & Clinical Support \nServe as a liaison between programs, internal workgroups, and the Training Department. \nPartner with program leadership to assess training requests and manage workflows. \nCommunicate with staff and leadership about training initiatives. \nParticipate in clinical and training meetings to promote consistency and alignment across programs. \nParticipate in the Learning and Development Collaborative and other workgroups. \nAdministration & Systems Support \nManage Training Help Desk requests and Relias system maintenance. \nSupport Continuing Education (CE) program and other Training Team initiatives. \nComplete assigned trainings in a timely manner. \nSupport other Training Team and People Team initiatives as assigned. \nQUALIFICATIONS \nCredentials \nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.
