This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who combines deep AI expertise with product ownership, execution excellence, and leadership capability.\n\nWorking directly with the CTO, you will play a key role in architecting, building, and scaling AI solutions that deliver measurable business value for enterprise customers.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead end-to-end development and delivery of AI-powered enterprise products.\n\n- Design scalable AI architectures leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, NLP, and Machine Learning.\n\n- Translate business requirements into production-ready AI solutions.\n\n- Drive technical decision-making, architecture reviews, and engineering best practices.\n\n- Build, deploy, monitor, and optimize AI/ML models and applications in production environments.\n\n- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.\n\n- Mentor engineers while remaining actively involved in coding, design, and problem-solving.\n\n- Ensure timely delivery, quality, scalability, security, and performance of AI solutions.\n\nDesired Candidate Profile :\n\nMust Have :\n\n- 3 - 5 years of successful experience in AI product development and delivery ownership.\n\n- Demonstrated track record of launching and scaling production-grade AI applications.\n\n- Strong hands-on expertise in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.\n\n- Experience with :\n\n1. Generative AI\n\n2. Large Language Models (LLMs)\n\n3. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)\n\n4. AI Agents & Agentic Workflows\n\n5. Prompt Engineering\n\n6. Vector Databases\n\n7. LangChain / LlamaIndex\n\n8. Machine Learning & NLP\n\n- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\n\n- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, CI/CD, MLOps, and scalable software architecture.\n\n- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills.\n\nPreferred :\n\n- B.Tech/M.Tech from premier institutions such as IITs, IISc, IIITs, NITs, or equivalent.\n\n- Experience in Enterprise SaaS, AI Platforms, Automation Products, or B2B Technology Products.\n\n- Exposure to multi-agent systems, AI orchestration frameworks, and advanced GenAI architectures.\n\n- Prior experience leading small engineering teams or mentoring developers.\n\nIdeal Candidate :\n\nA hands-on builder with a strong product mindset, proven AI delivery experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to partner closely with the CTO to create scalable, market-leading enterprise AI products.
