This is a hybrid work opportunity! 2-3 days in office and the rest can be a hybrid role after 6 week training period is complete!\nDuties:\nConducts legal review and codes documents (including but not limited to electronic files, communications, and video and audio recordings) for relevance, responsiveness, and privilege\nConducts complex, nuanced privilege analysis and applies redactions\nPrepares logs of withheld and/or redacted documents\nPrepares fact chronologies and summaries of noteworthy documents\nExecutes quality control processes of previously reviewed documents, including pre-production QC, and provides feedback as necessary\nCollaborates closely with team members across offices on matter management and review efficiency\nMay participate in opportunities to provide non-discovery legal services to clients engaging the firm’s Corporate and Investment Management practices\nMay contribute legal project management services in support of client engagements\nParticipates in special projects and other duties as assigned\nRequired Skills:Demonstrated technology skills including familiarity with document review platforms, such as DISCO and Relativity\nAbility to work independently and with minimal supervision\nSuperior attention to detail\nExcellent organizational skills\nExcellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively under pressure and with people at all levels, both inside and outside the firm\nExcellent analytical skills\nExcellent oral and written communication and language skills\nAbility to supervise others effectively\nFlexibility to work extended and often unpredictable hours, including weekends and holidays\n Qualifications:Continued employment is contingent upon maintaining active bar license to practice in Ohio.
