The Company is an independent power producer (IPP) that executes large-scale international projects as a general contractor and takes over technical and commercial management as an asset manager. In addition, our Partner has a technological competence and develops AI solutions for renewable energies.\nWe are currently looking for a skilled specialist who will lead the development and delivery of assigned Company’s renewable energy projects, primarily Wind and BESS, from development through financial close and construction readiness.\nMain Responsibilities:\nLead end-to-end development of renewable energy projects, managing schedules, budgets, risks and key project milestones;\nCoordinate multidisciplinary workstreams including engineering, grid connection, permitting, land, environmental and social matters, procurement, legal and financing;\nSupport commercial negotiations and structuring of key project agreements, including TSA, EPC, O&M, PPA, loan documentation and engineering services;\nCoordinate project preparation for Financial Close and support technical, legal, environmental and commercial due diligence;\nManage communication with key stakeholders, including lenders, equity partners, authorities, grid operators, contractors, suppliers and advisers;\nCoordinate procurement and tendering of major project packages and support contractor selection;\nMonitor project risks, dependencies and critical issues and coordinate mitigation measures;\nPrepare project reports, presentations, budgets and decision materials for management, shareholders, lenders and investment partners;\nSupport transition of projects from development into construction, ensuring key contractual, technical, permitting and financing requirements are in place.\nQualifications and professional experience:\n5+ years of relevant experience in renewable energy, infrastructure or large-scale project development;\nGood understanding of renewable energy project development, permitting, grid connection, procurement and construction interfaces;\nExperience with project financing, lender due diligence and key project contracts is highly desirable;\nStrong commercial and contractual understanding with experience supporting negotiations of major project agreements;\nFluency in Ukrainian and English.\nWe offer:\nCompetitive package,
