This role combines technical expertise with client management, team leadership, and project delivery responsibilities.\nCandidates may work from our established Clifton Park, NY office or join us as a foundational team member in Buffalo, NY as we launch our new location.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage environmental projects from proposal through completion, ensuring technical quality, budget control, and client satisfaction\nLead site investigation and remediation efforts, including planning, field oversight, data interpretation, and reporting\nOversee environmental due diligence projects (Phase I/II ESAs) and regulatory compliance programs\nServe as primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and identifying opportunities for expanded services\nProvide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff\nCoordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution\nPrepare technical reports, work plans, proposals, and regulatory submittals\nSupport business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the New York region\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)\n6+ years of relevant environmental consulting experience\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe\nStrong understanding of federal and New York State environmental regulations\nDemonstrated experience managing environmental projects and client relationships\nExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment\nWillingness to travel regionally for project needs\nWhy HRP?\nCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits\nFlexible work environment with opportunities for hybrid schedules\nProfessional development support, including training and licensure assistance\nA collaborative culture that values innovation, integrity, and employee well-being\nThe opportunity to play a key role in establishing and growing our new Buffalo office\nBenefits & Company Culture:\nHRP Associates, Inc.'s vision relies on the expertise of our dedicated professionals who provide excellent consultation with our loyal clientele.
