Pay2Reclaim doesn’t just support the travel experience; it powers a strategic financial layer that helps enterprises manage risk, reclaim costs, and optimize spend.\nAs a member of the Pay2Reclaim teams, you’ll operate at the crossroads of travel and finance, helping some of the world’s leading businesses streamline complex payment flows and gain control over their global travel spend - with visibility, automation, and intelligence at every step.\nPOSITION\nWe are looking for an Engineering Team Lead to lead a high-performing engineering team to develop an AI-agentic wallet platform, where autonomous AI agents orchestrate the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate spending through event-driven workflows, replacing manual operations and enabling real-time, compliant, and personalized experiences.\nCHALLENGE\nLead an engineering Scrum team to design, develop and build a next-generation AI-powered wallet platform for global enterprise travel and expense management, eliminate manual processes through AI-driven orchestration and smart agents managing complex event lifecycles, with backend systems where AI Agents act as the core orchestration layer, enabling dynamic workflows and intelligent decision-making\n\nProactively collborate with the Product Manager and other stakeholders at Head Quarter to ensure that the technical point of view is brought into consideration while planning and growing the products.\n\nCollaborate with other responsible people for the relevant products to ensure that the technical solution is optimum and best fit to the latest cloud architecture.\n\nManage and support team members to become a high performing engineering team.\n\nCoach engineers to adopt best practices in software development lifecycle, such as Infrastructure as Code, Automated testing, Continuous Integration - Continuous Delivery/Deployment, etc.\n\nCoach engineers to leverage generative Al tools such as Claude Code etc., to accelerate software delivery.\n\nCollaborate across teams with regards to overarching technical concepts and practices\n\nParticipate in the full development cycle: design, development, QA, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
