Business Development Manager
Job Role:
We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence, strengthening client relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans in north region.
- Foster relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Innovate and propose new business solutions and services.
- Prepare reports and forecasts for management.
- Lead and inspire the business development team.
Experience
- 5 to 6 years of experience in the Logistic / Freight Forwarding industry, and especially in the field of sales.
- Proven track record in business development, strategy, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adept at identifying new business opportunities and building long-term relationships.
Qualification
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar fields preferably MBA.
