Ensuring Bank wide financial discipline.\nPreparing the short & long term strategy in line with the Team Leads & managers\nEnsuring implementation / execution of the agreed strategy\nEnsuring controlled environment within and outside the Finance department\nEnsuring timely and accurately reporting to internal and external stakeholders.\nEnsuring compliance with Finance policies and procedures with zero tolerance.\nRemain abreast with best industry practices and to adopt the same where required.\nElimination of avoidable processes.\nEnsuring the proper control over fixed assets recording and reporting\nEnsuring that all taxes (Direct and Indirect) are deducted / deposited and reported in a timely manner\nEffective segregation of duties to ensure smooth and swift information provision for all the stakeholders\nEnsure that the deadlines / due dates are met as per commitment.\nMonitor and reviews the achievement of targets on a regular basis.\nRecommend corrective measures, as and when required.\nEnsure reconciliation of Bank wide ADC channels nd support to DFI project implementations.\n2. Effective Succession planning for all the sub division of Finance departments.\nCapacity building of Finance team to enhance the skills and performance of the departments.\nEnsuring and enhancing team spirits; handling team conflicts and establish an overall learning culture.\nIdentification of individual training needs to optimized best potential results.\nMotivate the staff to work as a team to achieve Bank's Vision and Mission.\nEnsure embedding Core Values of the Bank in routine business conduct.\nGenerate enthusiasm in the organization and gets people to focus on performance.\nImprovement in deliverable timelines.\nDeveloping synergies with other departments.\n3. Ensuring close liaison for conclusion of statutory audits and review amicably.\nEnsuring timely accessibility to information for external and internal auditors.\nEnsuring removal of anomalies identified during audits relating to F&A and synergetic processes. \nInternal and External Audits.\n4. To identify the areas of improvement and development which can lead to achievement of efficiency and effectiveness in business processes, which are not limited to finance function.\n5.
