As a Senior Product Manager at HRS, you will take ownership of a product area within our platform ecosystem, driving the roadmap, continuous discovery, and measurable business outcomes as an accountable member of a cross functional Product team.\nThis is not a maintenance role. We are looking for a PM who combines execution discipline with strong domain judgment, applies AI as a default part of their own workflow, and is energized by building products that make hospitality, meetings, and travel experiences simpler, smarter, and more reliable.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nOwn the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for your product area, working as a genuine peer with your product and engineering stakeholders.\n\nApply Working Backwards thinking to every initiative: start from the desired customer and business outcome, define the right problem precisely, and validate assumptions before committing to solutions.\n\nDrive continuous discovery into customer, partner, and operational pain points, translating findings into a prioritized, evidence based roadmap.\n\nOwn and evolve a clear KPI framework for your area (such as reliability, conversion, onboarding time, data accuracy, or partner and customer satisfaction) and run structured experiments to improve it.\n\nDrive adoption of AI and agentic automation across core workflows, including onboarding, monitoring, issue resolution, and partner or customer support.\n\nUse AI tools as the default across your own PM workflow: discovery synthesis, PRD drafting, competitive analysis, stakeholder communication, and roadmap prioritization.\n\nBuild strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including technology and hospitality partners, business operations, customer success, and engineering.\n\nTranslate roadmap, priorities, and impact into a clear business narrative for leadership, commercial stakeholders, and enterprise clients.\n\nWhat You Bring\n8+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in TravelTech, HospitalityTech or B2B SaaS and marketplace or platform businesses.\n\nDemonstrated, hands on experience shipping AI powered or AI augmented product features, not just familiarity with AI tools; you can speak concretely to problems you have solved using AI, ML, or GenAI in a product context.\n\nStrong command of modern PM craft: outcome ownership, Working Backwards methodology, and continuous discovery, rather than a feature factory mindset.\n\nStrong understanding of hospitality or travel technology ecosystems (such as supplier or partner integrations, distribution systems, booking platforms) is highly valued.\n\nExperience with API driven product development and large scale partner or supplier integrations.\n\nComfortable engaging with engineers on architecture and reliability trade offs without needing to be an engineer yourself.\n\nExperience building B2B or enterprise products with enterprise constraints such as data privacy, compliance, security, and procurement cycles.\n\nA customer first mindset backed by strong quantitative and experimental rigor.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage credibly with engineering, commercial stakeholders, and senior leadership.\n\nExperience working in distributed, cross functional teams.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nAccess to a global network of a globally united and mutually responsible \"Tribe of Intrapreneurs,\" passionately dedicated to renewing the travel industry and reinventing the ways businesses stay, work, and pay.
