Using your expertise in SQL and database management, you will extract, interrogate, and transform data into clear and meaningful management information. You will design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights, enabling leaders across the organisation to make informed, strategic decisions that enhance learner outcomes and operational effectiveness.\n\nResponsibilities will include:\n\nProviding reliable, timely information as required to senior management and other staff\n\nDesigning, building, and maintaining interactive, user-friendly dashboards and automated reports using Power BI\n\nManage, maintain, and enhance existing legacy reports utilising Mircrosoft reporting platform SSRS \n\nTo liaise effectively with managers across the Group to validate the quality and integrity of student data\n\nWe are seeking an analytical, proactive individual who can demonstrate:\n\nExtensive experience of working with MS SQL Management Studio with strong SQL skills.\n\nExperience of data warehousing and a strong understanding of data warehouse design\n\nWorking knowledge of at least 1 visualisation tool (PowerBI or Tableau)\n\nExperience of producing reports in a variety of formats to meet short deadlines\n\nAbility to demonstrate high levels of accuracy\n\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills\n\nA proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation\n\nThis role will be based on site at Uxbridge for a minimum of 3 days per week, with up to 2 days working remotely subject to business need.\n\nYou will be joining a supportive and inclusive organisation, with many opportunities for professional development and growth.
