Visa sponsorship will not be offered at this time.\nJob Description\nWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated OEMS ( Order and Execution Management System) software developer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our order management system to support trading operations. You will work closely with our development team as well as business team to deliver scalable and efficient solutions in a fast-paced working environment.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and implement features for the Order Management System (OEMS) to support trading operations.\nCollaborate with business and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.\nEnsure compliance with financial regulations and adhere to best practices.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.\nEnsure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.\nPre-requisite Knowledge, Skills and Experience\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field.\n4+ years of experience with Trading technologies and Execution platforms (Fidessa, EMSX, Liquiditybook, Enfusion, Flextrade, EZ etc.)\nUnderstanding of FIX protocol for order entry and drop copy functionalities\nUnderstanding of end-to-end trading lifecycle including order capture & executions, allocation workflows , settlements, Pre Trade Compliance and broker connectivity.\nUnderstanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.\nKnowledge of financial markets, trading workflows, and asset classes.\nFamiliar with SQL and non-SQL database,\nProficient in C# (>3 year working experience), with a good knowledge of its ecosystems.\nWorking experience in scalable distributed system.\nNice to have\nExperience with AWS, Kubernetes, MongoDB, ElasticStack\nExperience with messaging middleware.\nExperience with caching framework.\nUnderstanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.\nKnowledge in best practices, but able to balance use of design patterns in real world scenarios.\nExperience of testing platforms and unit tests.\nThe salary range for this role is $175,000-215,000.
