The Private Equity Supervisor will receive the requisite Induction Training in addition to both compulsory (AML/KYC) and optional training. Additional client-specific training will be provided by the Private Equity Manager and or Director.\nResponsibilities\nThe below list is not finite and may be added to. The combination of tasks required to be executed will vary depending on both client structure, client requirements and business needs and will include:\nCapital Call and Distribution Processing\nEnsure all aged items on cash and position reconciliations are resolved in a timely manner\nPreparation of net asset value calculations and financial statements\nFee calculations and profit and loss allocations\nWaterfall creation and maintenance\nPerformance reporting including IRRs\nAd hoc client and investor reporting\nAssist in the audit process to help ensure the timely and successful completion of fund audits\nSupervise a team of up to four Private Equity accountants facilitating their ongoing development\nResolve fund accounting enquiries escalated by the Administrator\nAssist in managing client relationships involving interaction with both the client and the and management to ensure consistency of service\nDevelop and improve workflows and procedures\nPlay a role in client onboarding and transitions\nHS Financial Technologiesoperates a client focused structure which provides a wide range of experience for all levels of employees. As such a Private Equity Supervisor should be flexible and willing to adapt.\nPre-requisite Knowledge, Skills and Experience\n3+ years’ experience working in the Finance sector.
