Working closely with developers, QA engineers, application support teams, and infrastructure automation specialists, this role helps ensure a reliable and efficient development and operational pipeline. The successful candidate will be a strong engineer with experience developing and supporting modern Python-based applications in a dynamic environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nWrite clean, maintainable, and high-quality code with a strong focus on code review, pairing, and continuous delivery.\nCollaborate with QA and business analysts to create and maintain automated tests and improve testing tools.\nPartner with operations teams to ensure applications run effectively and efficiently in production.\nWork across teams to understand business needs, improve technical practices, and support platform-wide solutions.\nParticipate in design discussions for future development and system evolution.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner with a focus on reliability and scalability.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.\nExperience with object-oriented programming in any language, with Python preferred.\nExperience with version control systems.\nExperience working in teams that value unit and acceptance testing, particularly Test-Driven Development (TDD).\nHands-on experience with SQL and/or MongoDB.\nFamiliarity with building RESTful APIs.\nExperience with distributed systems.\nUnderstanding of Agile best practices and values.\nFamiliarity with AWS services such as SQS, S3, and SNS.\nExperience working across teams and contributing to cross-platform or shared platform initiatives.\nNice to have / Experience considered as an advantage:\nExperience mentoring junior developers or supporting onboarding and technical growth within the team.\nExperience with tracking systems such as Jira.\nExperience with CI/CD tools such as CodeBuild.\nExperience supporting applications in production.\nExperience with Docker and Kubernetes.\nWorking knowledge of Kibana and
