This role will also assess the effectiveness of pricing and marketing initiatives to improve customer engagement, operational efficiency and subsequently business performance.\nThe role holder will be accountable to:\nSupport retail product development and emerging affluent strategy through data analysis, ad hoc request and post-campaign evaluations.\nDevelop, and deliver the MI / performance dashboards in timely manner. Enhance the dashboard according to business requirement and provide clear commentary to support BAU activities.\nExecute the campaign & marketing communications in efficient manner to improve the conversion and business revenue.\nAutomate, streamline and standardize the reporting processes via appropriate analytical tools and enablers.\nInvolve in project / ad hoc analytics when required.\nQualifications:\nDegree in Data Analytics / Data Science / Computer Science / Statistics / Finance or a related discipline.\nPreferably minimal 1 year experience in Financial or Banking Sector or with similar experience in analytics consulting or CRM services.\nFamiliar in developing data-led solutions to resolve business challenges; ideally within banking or financial industry.\nProficiency in SAS, SQL, Python, R and/or other statistical programming languages.\nExperience in delivering a variety of ad hoc extracts, self-service visualisation, and automated reporting for business stakeholder.\nEnthusiastic for proactively seeking, exploring and developing use cases for new data and/ or tools/ industry trends.\nStrong business acumen with high ability to diagnose and articulate ambiguity in business problems. Think out-of-the box to drive improved business performance.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
