scalable IT solutions and lead full stack engineers to develop and implement IT solutions to meet business users’ requirements.\nContinuously enhance and transform the system to improve system observability, stability and scalability.\nEstablish best practices, guardrails, and standards for safe and effective engineering across the technology estate.\nLead DevSecOps transformation activities to improve OKRs including but not limited to improve release cadence, reduce incidents and reduce TOIL.\nDrive technical capability uplift for the pod members.\nPartner with architecture, SRE, DevOps, infrastructure, security, and support teams to align resilience activities with wider engineering priorities.\nEnsure the IT risk and controls requirements are met.\nKeep up to date and have expertise on current tools, technologies and areas like cyber security and regulations pertaining to aspects like data privacy, consent, data residency etc. that are applicable.\nKnowledge & Experience/Qualifications:\n8+ years IT experience in system development.,experience in in Financial Risk Management (especially investment banking products and market risk) is a plus.\nStrong business-to-technology translation skills: able to analyze complex problems, gather and refine requirements, and convert them into clear artifacts such as user stories, process flows, system context diagrams, swimlanes, and solution proposals.\nSolid engineering foundation across enterprise and cloud stack: Airflow,Python,Java/Scala, Microservices ,Database and APIs\nDeep hands-on knowledge of container technology Kubernetes/Docker, including deployment behavior, failure handling, scaling, networking, and troubleshooting.\nStrong understanding of distributed systems (spark or equivalent),failure modes, system recovery, and service resilience patterns.\nPractical delivery and DevOps capability: hands-on with CI/CD and automation tools such as Jenkins and Ansible, plus Agile toolsets including Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.\nProven leadership in execution: experience leading developers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, sustainable changes that measurably improve business outcomes.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management: fluent spoken and written English, strong documentation, with the ability to influence across engineering teams and key stakeholders\nDemonstrated resilience mindset, with a strong focus on proactive risk reduction and continuous improvement.\nWhat additional skills will be good to have?\nBusiness knowledge in Traded Risk\nAgile or DevOps experience.\nStrong experience with GCP and cloud-native platforms, including operational and resilience considerations.\nAny Open Source project participation or any GitHub or
