Adopt and Share standards, tools, best practices, principles for cost, quality and productivity improvement. \nMaintain and ensure due observance of HSBC Internal Control Standards, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal and external auditors and external regulators.\nEnriching the customer experience via AI enablement in Technology Delivery. \nRequirements\nUniversity degree in Computer Science or related disciplines is preferred. \nGood experience on programme management experience and Subject Matter Expertise knowledge, project delivery management methodologies and tools\nExtensive experience in Information Technology or banking or risk areas with proven track record on managing Retail Banking and Wealth Management programme, preferably in a global environment \nPrevious working experience in Cards application system and related services is preferred\nClear understanding of the drivers of cost and the relationship with business benefits \nAbility to communicate complex subjects clearly. \nAbility to lead and manage extremely complex project implementation \nAbility to lead an offshore based project delivery team. \nAbility to work on own initiative and under pressure \nStrong sense of ownership and accountability \nProactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work well as part of a team \nEffective communication skills in spoken and written English \nGood presentation and negotiation skills \nIn depth and extensive experience of Information Technology development life cycle, process management, reporting and communications \nGood understanding of DevOps and Agile methodology\nExperience in team and department transformation planning and execution journey\nYou’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.\nHSBC is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
