If your university certificate is from outside the UAE, up-to-date attestations and equivalency are also mandatory (Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications Issued Outside The UAE).\nTypically, three or more years’ experience in transformation, change, consulting, business analysis or project delivery.\nExperience delivering change in a large, complex and regulated organisation; banking experience is preferred.\nStrong project management capability across agile, waterfall or hybrid methodologies.\nExperience supporting stakeholder management, governance, communications and delivery reporting.\nUnderstanding of banking operations, process improvement, systems transformation and operating model design.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and business analysis skills, with excellent PowerPoint and Excel capability.\nExperience using data, KPIs and management information to support decisions and measure outcomes.\nUnderstanding of risk, controls, compliance, testing and evidence management in a banking environment.\nStrong communication, influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.\nA collaborative, delivery-focused approach and the ability to work effectively across organisational boundaries.\nHSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
