Mgr - Processing - EQ - TPM - MNL.\nResponsible for reconciling post trade CSA (Commission Sharing Agreement) entries between HSBC and the client. The employee will also manage receivables for HSBC and process third party payment requests from clients after having reconciled their monthly CSA files.\nPrincipal responsibilities\nProvide post trade support to four entities in relation to their CSA (Commission Sharing Agreement) accounts: HBEU, HBCE, HBAP and HSI. Responsibilities include but not limited to post trade reconciliation of HSBC vs client files, management and tracking of HSBC receivables, processing of third-party payment requests from clients.\nInteract with Front Office Trading and Sales, Operation teams, Product Control and external counterparties to resolve trade discrepancies and escalation issues.\nAssist with CSA account set up and respond to inquiries from desk, finance, compliance and other departments on an adhoc basis.\nAbility to apply judgment to operational situations in a fast-paced environment to drive progress\nIdentify potential financial risk to the bank and ensure proper resolution is achieved within the bank’s guidelines\nTimely escalation when necessary for issues that may cause financial loss to the bank or that could affect client relationships Ensure adequate support for effective management of KRIs, to minimise risk e.g. Nostro/Stock/inter-system breaks\nEnsure all daily checklist tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner\nDemonstrate a high standard of client service from the team to internal and external stakeholders.\nRequirements\nAccomplished understanding of Equities franchise and the associated risks\nHighly numerate\nAbility to problem solve, articulate requirements and implement change\nStrong interpersonal skills\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work accurately in a pressurised environment\nQuick learner, analytical and has keen attention to detail\nYou’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.\nHSBC is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
