Our key areas of operations include Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Asset Management, Private Banking and Insurance.\nWe are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.\nRole overview:\nThe Mission of the role is to lead the transformation of our digital products, evolving them into Data-Driven and AI-enabled digital channel experiences.\nIn this role, you will:\nEnd-to-End product ownership: Own the full lifecycle of assigned digital products, ensuring the digital experience are intuitive, easy-to-use, robust, and fulfill business purpose.\nStrategic Alignment: Ensure digital capabilities and journeys to align with IWPB Omni Channel Strategy and Wealth Transformation strategy.\nAgile Evolution & Commercial Value: Lead the continuous evolution of the digital capabilities and journeys through a \"test and learn\" approach, delivering commercially successful outcomes and measurable ROI.\nMarket Intelligence & Strategy: Maintain a deep understanding of customer & frontline pain points, wealth management market trends, and emerging AI/tech capabilities to define a forward-looking digital product strategy\nCapability Enhancement: Identify and drive improvement opportunities that enhance customer and frontline experiences.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Distribution, Proposition and Technology teams to develop/enhance digital capabilities, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the customers and business.\nCulture & Leadership: Act as a catalyst for a customer-centric and simplification culture.\nExternal Benchmarking: Proactively engage with external partners and industry bodies to monitor market trends, adapting the digital product roadmap to stay ahead of the curve.\nRisk Management: Proactively identify and manage key risks, issues, and interdependencies, applying robust mitigation to protect the bank and the brand.\nTo be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:\nDigital Transformation Track Record: Proven experience delivering digital transformation with tangible business outcomes within financial services\nAgile & Design Thinking: Extensive experience with User-Centered Design, rapid prototyping, and delivering products within an Agile environment.\nFull Product Lifecycle: Demonstrated expertise in opportunity identification, business case creation, requirements definition, cross-functional deployment, project execution, launch, and post-launch performance management.\nTech Fluency: Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate business and frontline needs into precise IT and AI requirements.\nPlatform Versatility: Exposure to diverse technical landscapes, including digital front-ends, internal user facing systems, and various backend systems to ensure seamless integration for target journeys.\nStrategic Thought Leadership: Creative and proactive in proposing new business opportunities and solving complex customer or operational challenges.\nProject Management: Competent in project planning, reporting, and managing shifting or competing priorities with flexibility.\nStakeholder Influence: Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence large, cross-functional teams, including those with direct leadership authority.\nDecision Making: Capable of sharing responsibility for key decisions while driving internal decision-making processes to a conclusion.\nAnalytical Rigor: Strong analytical and presentation skills to drive data-backed decisions.\nAttitude: Energetic, positive, and a collaborative team player.\nFlexibility: A flexible approach to work, adaptable to changing business hours and priorities.\nLanguage: Fluent in English is a plus\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferable.\nYou’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.\nHSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
