We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.\nWe are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Executive Compensation Analyst\nPurpose of the role:\nThe role is part of a Performance and Reward team, supporting executive compensation, reward processes and regulatory requirements for the relevant business entity.\nIn this role, you will:\nSupport the Reward Manager with reward processes, including the annual pay review\nWork with business stakeholders and HR Generalists to ensure reward policies support business objectives\nSupport the review and change of existing reward programmes, including the design of new programmes\nGenerate reward metrics, reports and communications for senior stakeholders, external consultancies and regulatory bodies\nExecute the annual pay review cycle, ensuring accurate dissemination of eligibility information\nEnsure that local regulatory rules and internal policies are followed throughout reward processes\nSupport compensation analysis, performance reviews and reward programme monitoring\nPartner with relevant stakeholders to deliver accurate, compliant and competitive reward outcomes\nTo be successful you will:\nExperience or knowledge of reward systems, compensation management and total rewards\nKnowledge of executive compensation, incentive compensation and benefits management\nUnderstanding of reward strategy and its alignment with business strategy\nStrong reporting, data analysis and performance analysis skills\nExperience supporting payroll processing and annual pay review activities\nKnowledge of compliance requirements, government regulations and internal policies\nAbility to monitor performance and assess the effectiveness of reward programmes\nStrong organisational, interpersonal, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills\nYou’ll achieve more at HSBC\nwww.hsbc.com/careers\nHSBC is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
