It brings together global induction, Wealth Academy learning, accreditation, recognition and sales-leadership development.\nFollowing design work and pilots during 2026, the programme is moving into global deployment and an ongoing quarterly operating rhythm. As Global Programme Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in making the programme consistent, scalable and effective across markets.\nYou’ll provide the coordination, planning and follow-through needed to deliver a high-quality experience for participants, stakeholders and markets globally. This is an opportunity to join a small, growing team and help shape a programme that supports high-performing client teams and exceptional advice and service-the HSBC Private Bank way.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nProgramme deployment and operations\nCoordinate global deployment with local teams across the Private Bank Wealth Academy, Global Induction, Accreditation and Sales Leadership.\nMaintain the integrated programme plan, quarterly calendar, milestones, dependencies, risks and actions.\nCoordinate training sessions, induction activity, accreditation cohorts and recognition events.\nPrepare progress updates for governance forums and senior stakeholders.\nAccreditation and reporting\nManage accreditation logistics, including assessors, scheduling, materials, records and feedback.\nMaintain accurate participation, completion and assessment reporting.\nMaintain the central library of programme materials, templates and guidance.\nSupport a consistent and well-controlled accreditation experience across markets.\nContent, supplier and event coordination\nTrack content review and refresh activity, ensuring agreed timelines are met.\nLiaise with content owners on updates, approvals, version control and implementation.\nCoordinate external supplier support and track deliverables, timelines and issues.\nCoordinate global events, including agendas, speakers, venues, technology, budgets, invitations, registrations and attendee communications.\nWork with subject-matter experts to create content and prepare internal and external speakers.\nWhat you’ll bring\nEssential requirements\nExperience coordinating complex projects or programmes across multiple teams, locations or markets.\nStrong planning, organisation and follow-through, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.\nConfidence working with senior stakeholders, subject-matter experts and external suppliers.\nAbility to build effective relationships across business, functional and geographic boundaries.\nProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams.\nDesirable requirements\nExperience in Private Banking or Wealth, particularly within learning, talent, accreditation, sales enablement or professional-development teams.\nExperience coordinating global or regional programme deployments.\nFamiliarity with learning platforms such as Degreed.\nExperience supporting accreditation, assessment, training operations or professional qualification programmes.\nExperience coordinating global events, content development or vendor-led learning activity.\nWhat we offer\nThis is an opportunity to:\nHelp shape the global deployment of a high-profile Private Bank development programme.\nWork with senior stakeholders and teams across multiple markets.\nGain broad exposure to learning, accreditation, sales effectiveness and programme management.\nBuild experience in a role with strong visibility and development potential.\nContribute to a growing team focused on improving capability and client outcomes across the Private Bank.\nIf you’re highly organised, collaborative and motivated by making complex programmes work effectively across markets, we’d like to hear from you.\nBeing open to different points of view is important for our business and the communities we serve.
