Working with appropriate supervision, you’ll support the day-to-day operation and enhancement of wealth platforms that enable colleagues and clients to access information, services and functions.\nKey responsibilities\nWealth platform and service support\nSupport the day-to-day administration and monitoring of wealth platforms and related workflows.\nAssist with the maintenance of client, product, service and operational information.\nMonitor platform requests, system notifications, access requirements and outstanding actions.\nReview information and documentation for completeness, accuracy and consistency.\nCoordinate with wealth teams, operations, technology, risk, compliance and other relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.\nIdentify risks, exceptions, blockers or delays early and escalate them appropriately.\nMaintain accurate records of work completed, decisions made and follow-up actions.\nClient and stakeholder service\nSupport responses to routine enquiries from clients, relationship managers and internal stakeholders.\nCoordinate information requests across Wealth, Operations, Technology, Digital, Risk, Compliance and other teams.\nPrepare clear updates on platform issues, service requests, outstanding requirements and delivery progress.\nTrack queries through to resolution and ensure appropriate stakeholders remain informed.\nSupport the preparation of meeting materials, service updates, action logs and communications.\nHelp identify opportunities to improve the user experience for clients and colleagues.\nPlatform operations and reporting\nMaintain accurate trackers, workflow records, operational calendars and issue logs.\nProduce weekly or monthly reports covering platform activity, service requests, outstanding items, incidents and operational performance.\nSupport basic data analysis to identify trends, recurring issues and improvement opportunities.\nHighlight overdue actions, upcoming deadlines and potential delivery risks.\nHelp translate platform and operational activity into concise updates for management review.\nSupport data-quality checks and the reconciliation of information across relevant systems, where applicable.\nProcess, governance and controls support\nSupport the maintenance of process documentation, procedures, user guides and operational records.\nAssist with control checks, access reviews, reconciliations and exception monitoring, where applicable.\nMaintain organised records and audit trails for platform activities, service requests and stakeholder decisions.\nFollow applicable risk, compliance, data-handling and information-security requirements.\nEscalate control concerns, unusual activity, data-quality issues or exceptions to the appropriate team or manager.\nSupport the consistent application of governance standards across platform-related activities.\nContinuous improvement and team support\nIdentify opportunities to improve platform processes, reporting, documentation and stakeholder communication.\nSupport the documentation of lessons learned, recurring issues and agreed improvements.\nParticipate in team meetings, training sessions, testing activities and improvement initiatives.\nAssist with user acceptance testing, process reviews and implementation activities, where appropriate.\nWork collaboratively with colleagues across functions and locations.\nDemonstrate accountability, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service.\nRequirements\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, with a CGPA of 3.0 or above, or at least second-class upper.\nFluent in English, with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.\nAbility to analyse data and information and interpret findings for business decisions.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes accurately.\nResourceful, organised and able to manage multiple priorities.\nGood planning, communication and problem-solving skills.\nAmbitious, motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced financial-services environment.\nEnergetic, enthusiastic and adaptable.\nA collaborative team player with the potential to demonstrate leadership.\nComputer literate and able to work independently.\nInterest in wealth management, digital platforms, client servicing, banking operations or
