Success means effective production support that meets service levels while improving platform stability and performance in line with client and market expectations.\nWhat you'll be doing\nPartner with business stakeholders to deliver and enhance core fund servicing capabilities on the pControl platform for global clients\nCollaborate with global engineering teams to build and mature a modern digital engineering environment using CI/CD pipelines, API-based services, web technologies and cloud-native solutions\nSustain high levels of automation across the teams to strengthen engineering efficiency and delivery outcomes\nContribute across the full software development lifecycle including analysis, design, build, testing, release and production support\nDiagnose and resolve production issues while communicating clearly with relevant stakeholders to meet service levels\nImprove platform stability and performance in line with client and market expectations\nSupport the DevOps transformation through adoption of modern engineering practices and tooling\nExplore opportunities to apply AI to improve engineering efficiency operational resilience and user experience, adopting AI-enabled solutions where appropriate and compliant\nWhat we're looking for\nTranslate business requirements into clear technical designs and high-quality implementations, balancing delivery pace with resilience controls and maintainability\nBuild and support Java solutions including API development using RESTful services\nApply strong database engineering skills such as Oracle and SQL including performance tuning and troubleshooting\nUse cloud platform experience with exposure to cloud-native engineering practices, with GCP preferred\nWork effectively in Agile teams and apply DevOps practices including CI/CD and automation\nManage incidents and provide production support including root cause analysis and preventative fixes\nCommunicate effectively and manage stakeholders across a distributed global team\nOpening up a world of opportunity.\nBeing open to different points of view is important for our business and the communities we serve.
