You will configure and maintain the integrity and data and IP security of the mainframe host communications subsystems and associated program products. The role sits within a multi-functional team supporting IBM mainframe networks and transmissions products and includes participation in a 24x7 support rota.\nWhat you’ll do\nSupport IBM mainframe networks and transmissions products and infrastructure as part of a multi-functional team.\nParticipate in a support rota providing 24x7 cover.\nPerform TCPIP port reserves additions deletions and changes and complete VTAM updates additions deletions and changes.\nManage OSA adapters in a complex mainframe environment including OSA-Express network cards.\nPerform VTAM PU and LU updates additions deletions and changes including Enterprise Extenders EE.\nImplement AT-TLS rules including digital certificate management and configure IPSEC policies such as permit and deny rules and VPN ipsec tunnels.\nCarry out trace debug and error analysis and manage problems from initial diagnosis through to resolution\nCommunicate with technical applications and operational teams to ensure network connectivity and security including some after hours and weekend work.\nWhat you need to have to succeed in this role\nDemonstrable experience supporting the z/OS mainframe network environment and general z/OS systems programming.\nKnowledge of z/OS and z/OS utilities.\nUnderstanding of z/OS networking services structure related software and protocols.\nExperience administering file transmission products such as Connect:Direct and FTP or strong experience as a user of these products.\nUnderstanding of network security disciplines including IPSec TLS and SSL and certificates and how they relate to file transmission.\nExperience in problem management from initial diagnosis through to resolution.\nUnderstanding of the Change Management process.\nKnowledge of mainframe network management tools such as NetMaster and multi-session manager products such as TUBES and Supersession.\nWhat we offer\nThe pay range for this role is 16 658 PLN - 24 983 PLN (monthly, gross).\nVariable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.\nWe offer a comprehensive and competitive package of benefits covering healthcare, family friendly leaves, pension and life assurance, as well as many other benefits to support your wellbeing.\nAdditional bonuses for recognition awards\nMultisport card\nPrivate medical care\nLife insurance\nOne-time reimbursement of home office set-up (up to 800 PLN).\nCafeteria platform\nEmployee assistance program \nAdditional contributions to PPK scheme\nCorporate parties & events\nCSR initiatives\nNursery discounts\nFinancial support with trainings and education\nSocial fund\nFlexible working hours\nFree parking \nIf your CV meets our criteria, you should expect the following steps in the recruitment process:\nOnline behavioural test (for external candidates only)\nTelephone screen (for external candidates only)\nInterview with the hiring manager\nBeing open to different points of view is important for our business and the communities we serve.
