With our global capabilities and footprint, vast expertise, and local knowledge, our Global Network Banking teams connect clients to the products and services that meet their international financial needs.\nWe are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Data Analytics.\nIn this role you will:\nPartner with coverage, product, and workstream stakeholders to understand use cases, clarify requirements and translate needs into MI and analytics deliverables.\nIdentify, source and curate datasets from approved data sources to build and maintain client-level datasets and clear status reporting linking migration status, milestones, owners, dependencies and blockers.\nDevelop, enhance and maintain MI / performance dashboards to the agreed cadence, providing clear commentary and supporting evidence.\nIdentify trends, exceptions and performance drivers, translating complex datasets into clear insights and practical recommendations.\nRefresh, reconcile and validate data from strategic data sources by applying robust data quality checks, documenting assumptions, maintaining issue logs and following up with data owners to resolve data issues.\nSupport governance, controls and operational disciplines for data management and reporting.\nSupport Project and ad hoc activities where necessary.\nTo be successful you will need:\nAdvanced Python, SQL and Excel proficiency, with proven ability to work with large and complex datasets.\nExperience delivering MI, dashboards and analytics end-to-end in a banking / financial services context preferred.\nStrong understanding of data quality and controls, including reconciliations, definitions, lineage, issue management and cut-off timing, with high attention to detail.\nProven stakeholder management and communication skills, able to work across Coverage, Business Management, Product, Finance, Risk / Compliance and Technology.\nFamiliarity with BI tools and agile delivery tools/processes (e.g., JIRA/Confluence) is a plus.\nFamiliarity with SG core banking MI constructs and architecture (e.g., product mappings, client/account linkages etc.) is an advantage.\nThe chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
