Whether you want a career that could take you to the top, or simply take you in an exciting new direction, HSBC offers opportunities, support and rewards that will take you further.\nPrincipal Responsibilities\nProvide sales, administrative and client-servicing support to PRMs.\nArrange client appointments and support portfolio growth objectives.\nHandle routine client enquiries promptly, resolving them at first contact where possible.\nSupport financial reviews, product solutions, sales documentation, data input and reporting.\nManage the Premier desk when the PRM is unavailable and coordinate with relevant support teams.\nMaintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-up.\nAssist with Premier events and escalate attrition risks, complaints and complex matters.\nFollow HSBC policies, regulatory requirements and internal controls, including KYC, AML, sanctions, CDD and EDD requirements.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.\nRole Requirements / Qualifications / Experience\n\nExperience in branch banking, customer service, relationship support, wealth management or financial services.\nGood knowledge of retail banking and wealth-management products, systems and processes.\nStrong communication, organisation, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.\nAbility to manage competing priorities while supporting multiple PRMs.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to accurate processing and documentation.\nUnderstanding of operational risk, compliance, AML, sanctions and customer due-diligence requirements.\nClient-focused, proactive and professional approach.\nAdditional Information\nMandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.\nFamiliarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.\nAs an employee, you are required to perform your duties in a professional capacity exercising independent judgement, discretion and decision-making authority in planning, organising, directing work, supervising and appraising the work of team members, as applicable; and taking accountability for delivery outcomes.
