Our key areas of operations include Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Asset Management, Global Private Banking, Insurance, and Chief Operating Office.\nWe are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Premier Service Manager.\nIn this role you will:\nProvide dedicated support to Relationship Managers and Team Heads by managing and executing operational functions in customer service\nDeliver high standards of service by ensuring efficient, timely and quality support to customers\nMaintain a high standard of operational and risk compliance by ensuring that standards and workflow are in continuous adherence to Group standards and local regulations\nTake ownership of customer feedback and complaints, including investigation, follow up and resolution in line with the defined service standards\nEnhance customer experience by proactively identifying service gaps and recommending process improvements\nProvide all other aspects of administrative support that may be required from time to time\nTo be successful you will need:\nAdvanced working experience in a retail-banking environment\nStrong customer service orientation, with self-motivation and ability to work under pressure\nA self-starter and good team player with drive for success and achievement\nPossess excellent interpersonal and communication skills\nThe ability to engage and communicate effectively in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) will be an added advantage to meet business needs.\nYou’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.\nHSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
