contribution.\nIn this role you’ll:\nManage products and services across their full lifecycle.\nManage incidents, bugs and operational activities.\nProvide product support to key stakeholders.\nMonitor service health, operational resilience and customer experience.\nIdentify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and costs across the product.\nEnsure appropriate support and operating models are in place.\nMake evidence-based decisions about when and how to consolidate, replace or retire a product or service.\nWork with key stakeholders to plan safe transitions and minimise customer disruption.\nEnsure retirement decisions consider data, records, dependencies, contractual obligations, operational risk and customer impact.\nMaintain focus on long-term product health while responding to immediate business priorities.\nTo be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:\nStrong experience in a product role, such as Product Owner, Product Manager or an equivalent position.\nA track record of collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.\nExperience managing multiple products, services or capabilities, ideally within a complex organization.\nExperience managing or coordinating a product of approximately 16 services, or a comparable level of scale and complexity.\nExperience creating and using product or product roadmaps to drive decisions and delivery.\nA proven track record of simplifying products, services, processes or operating models.\nExperience delivering at different stages of the product lifecycle.\nKnowledge of Project Management, Business Analysis and/or the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ideally in an Agile or Scrum environment.\nStrong Business Analysis, process design and requirements skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.\nExperience identifying practical AI use cases or delivering AI-enabled features is desirable.\nUnderstanding of responsible AI considerations, including data quality, privacy, security, bias, accuracy, explainability and human oversight.\nThe ability to translate AI concepts into customer outcomes, product requirements, roadmaps and measurable success criteria.\nExperience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders to implement AI
