This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of platform engineering and developer experience. You will become the crucial link between infrastructure and development — understanding pain points, designing elegant solutions, and shipping tools that make other engineers faster and happier.\n\nWhat you’ll do\nPartner with Product Owners to deeply understand requirements and break them down into focused, deliverable items.\n\nDesign and build robust, scalable microservices with high observability and supportability, following DevOps and Agile principles.\n\nOwn your deliverables end-to-end — from design through deployment — and hit agreed timelines.\n\nProvide rapid, effective production support; perform root cause analysis on incidents and drive long-term fixes that stick.\n\nAct as a trusted technical consultant for platform users, resolving queries and unblocking teams with speed and clarity.\n\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional IT teams and coordinate stakeholder activities to keep the platform evolving.\n\nProactively manage technical debt and keep security and vulnerability posture sharp.\n\nAs a Senior Software engineer, you take end to end ownership of software delivery to production, are on top of managing any technical debt, support and mentor junior members of the start.
