Bachelor’s/Graduate degree.\nKnowledge of the Avaloq Front Platform.\nWindows/Unix/Linux experience to handle BAU activities like file transfers, troubleshooting etc.\nProficiency in PL-SQL and basic knowledge of Oracle DB.\nExperience in handling production batch using tools like Control-M, Autosys, Zena (used in this role).\nUnderstanding of ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, and Change Management.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
