We’ll win or lose based on whether 30K developers choose to build on it — not because they’re told to. This is a hands-on Developer Relations Engineer (Platform Enablement) role focused on shipping practical assets that make the platform the path of least resistance: golden-path templates, reference implementations, automation and documentation that developers actually use. Over the next 3–4 years, ~80% of bank workloads are expected to move to the platform. Deliver worked examples from real HSBC projects (not toy apps) that teams can adopt directly and that double as adoption “media”. \n Improve self-service onboarding so we can scale across HSBC from day one (we can’t and won’t “white glove” every team). \n Run and support feedback loops (office hours, champions networks, Teams/email channels) and turn developer pain points into shipped improvements — either by building the fix or driving it to the right owning team and tracking it to resolution (“not our team” isn’t a resolution). \n Write and improve platform documentation.
