are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Product Manager.\nIn this role you will:\nSupport senior product managers in delivering the Treasury Product strategy across assessing business value, feasibility, and impact across regions.\nContribute to maintaining product roadmaps aligned with business priorities and client demand.\nSupport day-to-day product lifecycle management, including product positioning, governance and performance tracking.\nCoordinate and deliver projects within agreed timelines, governance standards, and risk parameters, proactively identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies.\nProvide regular progress updates and ensure effective execution through close collaboration with stakeholders across business, operations, technology, finance, risk, and compliance functions.\nDrive alignment across teams by ensuring requirements, decisions, and actions are clearly communicated, understood, and executed.\nAnalyse client needs, feedback, and market opportunities to support product enhancement, commercial growth, and client value delivery.\nSupport client pitches, RFPs, strategic reviews, and internal communications, while equipping stakeholders with product insights and materials to drive effective client engagement and cross-selling opportunities.\nTo be successful you will need:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline.\n5+ years relevant experience in product management, business analysis, project delivery, treasury services, transaction banking, securities services or custody-related environments.\nUnderstanding of cash management, liquidity solutions, and securities services products\nUnderstanding of the front to back of securities products\nStrong knowledge of regulatory frameworks impacting treasury and securities services\nProven track record of delivering complex product initiatives and managing cross-functional teams\nFamiliarity with global markets and multi-currency cash management\nStrategic and results-driven professional with a strong control mindset and analytical problem-solving capabilities.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence regulators, clients, and senior
