The main functions include the following\nUnderstand and interpret customer needs and business information to make high quality and timely strategy and solutions within a commercial context\nDrive the wealth management profitability and market across propositions through integrated strategies and projects\nGrow wealth management customers by providing the leading product solution, proposition communication and technology platform with the best customer journey and experience\nManage and implement project to meet the need from business, customer and comply with regulation requirement with the best efciency and efectiveness\nProvide the best wealth solution to customers with balance portfolio\nAssist frontline to grow wealth business by providing the support\nOversee the wealth operation efciency and quality\nSupervise and ensure wealth business fully comply with the regulation and group guidelines\nSkills Requirements\nUniversity or above graduated\nProven check record in financial industry with strong wealth knowledge \nProven ability to achieve business targets and project management with sound track record\nProven business judgement and customer insight \nExtensive external market awareness of market conditions, wealth solutions, and an understanding of current financial market activities\nStrong leadership and teamwork capability\nKnowledge of local and Group compliance regulations \nGood English communication, MS Excel skill, MS PowerPoint skill\nProficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing Chinese\nTrust L4 License(0~3M)\nGPAD
