You'll work closely with business stakeholders to ensure solutions remain practical, sustainable, and aligned to business objectives. \nThis role goes beyond issue resolution. You'll provide strategic guidance, lead functional reviews, contribute to service improvements, and help shape best practices across our Managed Services practice.
