with senior decision-makers, uncover business challenges and position innovative Data & AI solutions that deliver measurable results.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nIdentify, qualify and convert new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market customers.\nBuild and manage a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.\nDevelop trusted relationships with business and technology leaders.\nPartner with technical specialists to shape solutions that solve complex customer challenges.\nPresent compelling proposals and value-driven solutions across Data, Analytics and AI.\nLeverage Microsoft's technology ecosystem, including Azure and modern cloud platforms, to create customer success.\nRepresent HSO in the market and contribute to our growing reputation as a leader in AI innovation.\nWhat You'll Bring\nProven success in technology services, software consulting or enterprise solution sales.\nExperience selling Data, AI, Analytics, Cloud or Digital Transformation solutions.\nA track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.\nStrong commercial acumen and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.\nConfidence engaging with executive and C-suite stakeholders.\nExcellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.\nExperience with Microsoft Azure, data platforms or broader Microsoft technologies is highly
