You'll act as a trusted advisor to customers, guide architecture decisions, and ensure successful delivery across the programme lifecycle. \nAs part of the role, you will also provide leadership and mentoring to consultants within the CE & Power Platform practice, helping to build capability, drive quality, and support professional growth. \nWhat You'll Do \nLead architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform programmes. \nAdvise senior stakeholders on digital transformation and technology strategy. \nDrive discovery workshops and solution design. \nArchitect end-to-end solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, integrations, and data. \nEnsure scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business goals. \nProvide technical leadership, mentoring, and governance. \nSupport ideas become global best practices. \nWhat We're Looking For \nProven experience working with Core Agentic AI Processes & Architecture. \n8+ years of CRM consulting and solution architecture experience. \nDeep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE and the Microsoft Power Platform. \nExperience leading enterprise-scale CRM and customer engagement transformation programmes. \nExperience architecting solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies. \nStrong, hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations or Field Service. \nBroad Solution Architecture experience across Dynamics 365 CE, with proven expertise across at least three Microsoft offerings and the ability to design solutions that span multiple modules. \nTeam Lead experience is desirable but not essential, with a strong ability to motivate and drive teams towards project goals. \nStrong executive stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills. \nExperience leading international end-to-end implementations, ideally across multiple countries and regions. \nBroad understanding of the Microsoft technology stack, including Azure, integration services, analytics, AI, and automation. \nStrong coaching, mentoring, and team leadership capabilities. \nPresales and business development experience is highly desirable. \nWhat
