13 years in integration, with 5+ years designing solutions on Azure Integration Services.\n\n- Architecture: Proven experience with API-led, event-driven, and message-based patterns: pub/sub, claim-check, canonical models, saga, replay.\n\n- Azure services: Deep hands-on knowledge of APIM, Logic Apps (Standard and Consumption), Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs.\n\n- Microsoft Business Apps: Experience integrating Dynamics 365 and Dataverse with Azure data platforms and enterprise systems.\n\n- AI integration: Integration patterns for Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and semantic search (for example, Azure OpenAI behind APIM, AI Search, MCP).\n\n- Security: OAuth2, Managed Identities, Key Vault, private networking, APIM policies.\n\n- DevOps & IaC: Mandatory experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD (YAML pipelines) and Bicep, including Azure Verified Modules (AVM).\n\n- Reliability: Monitoring, alerting, retry and error handling, and observability using App Insights and Log Analytics.\n\n- Leadership: Experience leading integration teams, running design reviews, mentoring, and engaging stakeholders.\n\n- Certifications: AZ-305 (Azure Solutions Architect Expert) and AZ-400 (DevOps Engineer Expert) mandatory.\n\nPreferred / Nice-to-Have:\n\n- AZ-204 (Azure Developer Associate).\n\n- Experience with Microsoft Fabric or Synapse Link for Dataverse.\n\n- Experience with Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry agent integrations.\n\n- Experience with B2B/EDI integrations (AS2, X12, EDIFACT).\n\n- Knowledge of API-first design, OpenAPI specifications, and contract-first development.\n\nMandatory Certifications:\n\n- AZ-305 Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.\n\n- AZ-400 -
