The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.What you will be doing\nHospital for Special Surgery is seeking an experienced IT professional to assist with the implementation and maintenance of Workday ERP system under the general direction of the Assistant Director - Corporate Systems or equivalent. Candidate should have extensive knowledge of ERP Integrations and should be experienced with modern integration technologies.\nResponsibilities\nLead the design of integrations from point-to-point systems as well as holistic interchange services rendering effective data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information \nCommunicates complex ideas skillfully and with nuance, and establishes alignment within the wider organization \nPrepares and conducts thoughtful and professional presentations for team, department, and/or operational audiences that include leadership with minimal oversight. Presentations demonstrate attention to detail \nIdentifies opportunities to improve existing processes and works with leadership to drive changes that positively affect the customer, process, or team. \nResearch best practice, industry benchmarks and implement leading practice standards. \nEnsure the thorough review and testing of each new release and enhancement. Trusted to offer recommendations and guidance with minimal oversight. Can speak to the pros/cons or the thought process behind the recommendations. \nTroubleshoots problems and addresses questions from users and aids in troubleshooting and problem resolution for escalations. \nProvide oversight of on-site support activities during go-lives and system upgrades. \nPerforms warm handoffs between support teams and communicates timely updates to end users. \nReport, escalate, and mitigate risks and issues appropriately.
