product experiences quickly.\nDefine and maintain PitchSense's design system, visual language, and interaction patterns.\nConduct user research, usability reviews, and product feedback analysis.\nCollaborate with the founding team on product strategy, roadmap decisions, and customer problems.\nMentor junior designers and raise the design quality bar across the product.\nAI roleplay and buyer simulation experiences.\nReal-time feedback and performance evaluation flows.\nReadiness programs and certification workflows.\nManager coaching queues and action dashboards.\nRep progress, analytics, and reporting surfaces.\nCompany-specific context, playbook, and knowledge workflows.\nAdmin, manager, and rep experiences across a multi-tenant SaaS product.\nDesign systems and reusable product patterns.\n\nRequirements: \nMinimum 3 years of product design, UI/UX, or interaction design experience.\nStrong portfolio showing shipped web or SaaS product work.\nExcellent command of Figma and modern product design workflows.\nStrong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, interaction design, and design systems.\nAbility to design for complex workflows, dashboards, analytics, and role-based enterprise products.\nStrong product thinking: you can reason from user problem to workflow to interface.\nComfort working directly with engineers and founders in a fast-moving environment.\nAbility to communicate design decisions clearly and take ownership from concept to shipped product.\n\nBonus: \nExperience designing AI products, workflow automation tools, or analytics-heavy SaaS products.\nExperience with B2B SaaS, sales tech, CRM, enablement, learning, or coaching products.\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted design tools and rapid prototyping
