SDE II

Responsibilities:

• You will work across the core PitchSense platform, including: AI roleplay and buyer simulation systems, LLM-based scoring, feedback, and evidence extraction.
• Revenue readiness programs and certification workflows.
• Manager coaching queues and action loops.
• Multi-tenant analytics and reporting systems.
• Company-specific memory, context packs, and retrieval workflows.
• Integrations with AI models, voice systems, and sales workflows.
• Scalable backend APIs and production-grade frontend experiences.
• Architect and build scalable full-stack systems for AI-powered sales readiness.
• Design clean APIs, data models, and service boundaries for multi-tenant enterprise workflows.
• Build LLM-powered evaluation, feedback, and coaching systems.
• Work on memory, retrieval, and context systems that make PitchSense smarter over time.
• Convert product ideas into reliable, production-ready features quickly.
• Improve performance, observability, caching, and infrastructure reliability.
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and the founding team.
• Use AI coding tools responsibly to increase speed while maintaining quality.
• Mentor junior engineers and raise the engineering bar through reviews, architecture, and execution quality.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of strong full-stack or backend engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and React/Next.js .
• Ability to own modules from design to production.
• Good understanding of APIs, database design, backend architecture, and production debugging.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership.
• Strong product sense and ability to make practical engineering tradeoffs.
• Clear communication and willingness to work across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI workflows.
• Experience building AI products using LLM APIs.
• Experience with RAG, agents, evaluation pipelines, or prompt/versioning workflows.
• Experience with speech, voice AI, or conversational intelligence.
• Exposure to Prisma, CI/CD, monitoring, and cloud infrastructure.
• Prior experience in B2B SaaS, sales tech, enablement, or analytics products.
