business needs and technical requirements.\n\nDesign, build, and deploy AI-powered applications and integrations.\n\nDevelop LLM-based solutions, RAG pipelines, and AI agents.\n\nIntegrate AI solutions with existing APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.\n\nBuild scalable backend services and production-ready infrastructure.\n\nOwn the full implementation cycle, from discovery and prototyping to production deployment.\n\nTroubleshoot technical challenges and continuously improve deployed solutions.\n\nRequirements\n\n5+ years of software engineering experience.\n\nStrong Python development skills.\n\nExperience with backend development, APIs, and system architecture.\n\nHands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models).\n\nPractical knowledge of RAG, AI agents, and LLM integrations.\n\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).\n\nDocker, CI/CD, and production deployment experience.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.\n\nComfortable communicating directly with international clients.\n\nEnglish B2+.\n\nNice to Have\n\nExperience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.\n\nExperience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector).\n\nKubernetes and distributed systems.\n\nData engineering or ML infrastructure background.\n\nExperience as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant.\n\nPrevious experience in client-facing engineering
