We are looking for a passionate and relationship-focused Relationship Manager to support churches across Wales as they run Alpha and Alpha Youth.\nAs the key Alpha contact for Wales, you will build strong relationships with churches and leaders, providing training, encouragement, and practical support. You'll help existing churches thrive, reconnect with those who have previously run Alpha, and introduce new churches to the impact Alpha can have in their communities.\nYou'll be part of Alpha UK's wider Church Facing Team, collaborating with colleagues across operations, marketing, digital, communications, and professional services teams.\nApplications for this role will close on Sunday 25th October. The salary range for this position is £27,000 - £30,000.\nSome of the key responsibilities for this role are:\nServe as the primary contact for Alpha and Alpha Youth activity across Wales.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with churches, clergy, youth leaders, and ministry networks.\nSupport churches running Alpha through regular engagement, coaching, training, and encouragement.\nDrive church acquisition, retention, and reactivation across the region.\nIdentify and connect with new churches and networks to expand Alpha's reach.\nFacilitate and deliver local Alpha training events and workshops.\nRepresent Alpha at regional conferences, church events, and speaking engagements.\nCapture and share stories of church transformation and guest experiences.\nMaintain accurate regional data through Salesforce and other reporting systems.\nUndertake regional administrative activities including surveys, call campaigns, and data management.\nRequirements\nStrong understanding of Alpha, with experience running Alpha courses and knowledge of the HTB Network.\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with church leaders, young leaders, and wider Christian networks.\nConfident trainer, presenter, and public speaker, able to deliver engaging events and workshops.\nStrong administrative and IT skills, including CRM systems, data management, GDPR compliance, and Microsoft Office applications.\nSelf-motivated and flexible, with the ability to work independently, travel regularly across the region, and attend occasional
