non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security, reliability, maintainability, cost) \n\nGuide architecture decisions and create technical roadmaps aligned with business goals\n\nLead client engagements, including workshops, architecture reviews, and presentations \n\nCollaborate with engineering, product, DevOps, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery \n\nSupport PoCs, demos, and technical validation during the solution lifecycle \n\nPromote best practices, design patterns, and architectural standards \n\nApply and explore modern AI-driven approaches and tools in solution design \n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nTechnical Expertise\nStrong engineering fundamentals (systems design, networking, performance, security) \n\nProven experience with distributed systems and large-scale architectures\n\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)\n\nAbility to design solutions that meet demanding non-functional requirements\n\nUnderstanding of modern architectures (microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, cloud-native) \n\nSolid proficiency in AI concepts (ML, GenAI, LLMs) and their application in solutions \n\nMindset & Skills\nStrong consulting mindset with the ability to connect business goals and technology \n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills (technical & non-technical audiences) \n\nProven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment\n\nProactive, structured, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments\n\nCollaborative and team-oriented approach \n\nFluent in English\n\nNice to
