严控土建施工全流程质量，落实隐蔽工程、分部分项工程验收，把控洁净厂房高精度施工标准，排查质量隐患，完成问题闭环整改。\n- 负责施工现场安全文明管理，排查土建施工安全隐患，落实扬尘治理、现场标准化管理，杜绝安全违规及安全事故。\n- 参与图纸会审、技术交底、专项方案评审，对接设计处理图纸及现场变更问题，指导现场规范施工。\n- 整理土建施工台账、验收及隐蔽资料，配合政府主管部门、甲方各类检查与竣工验收工作。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n- 学历专业：本科及以上学历，土木工程、工程管理、建筑工程等相关专业。\n- 核心经验：5年以上工业厂房土建现场管理经验，有晶圆厂、洁净厂房、精密电子厂房施工经验者优先，熟悉洁净土建、特种地坪、精密基建施工工艺。\n- 技能要求：熟练使用CAD、Office办公软件，精通土建施工验收规范及行业标准。\n- 专业能力：熟悉工业厂房及洁净区土建施工重难点，能独立解决现场技术、质量、协调问题，具备优秀的现场管控及问题闭环能力。\n-
