master’s degree is preferred.\n 8+ years of experience in large Telecom or IT companies, including 5+ years of hands-on experience in OSS/BSS architecture, design, development, integration, and operations.\n Strong expertise in OSS/BSS business processes, frameworks, methodologies, platforms, applications, and software solutions.\n Proven experience as an End-to-End Solution Architect with successful delivery of complex OSS/BSS implementation projects.\n Experience in consulting, telecom vendors, IT vendors, operators, or system integration environments.\n Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.\n Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills, with the ability to coach peers and junior team members.\n Strong communication skills with the ability to define project scope, delivery approach, and expected outcomes with customers and internal teams.\n Fluent English is required; Chinese language is an advantage.\n Working conditions:\n Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.\n Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).\n Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)\n Days off: Saturday, Sunday.\n Probation period: 3 months.\n Working language: Russian/English (spoken English proficiency required;
